During the day, you have to perform a number of activities either at home or sitting in your office. For every movement an activity, your body burns calories. Whole Grain Cereals

Whole grain cereals keep you satisfied throughout the day and maintain the body energy level until the next meal. You can eat it as breakfast mixed with milk or you can carry a cupful in a container to put in your desk drawer or purse to munch on during the work day.

 Popcorn

If you are feeling hunger pangs during the day time while you are working, try popcorn. It is a very light snack made with a minimum of coconut oil. Make sure you don’t add melted butter and go very easy on the salt. It will suppress your appetite and control your hunger without adding unwanted calories.

Trail Mix

Trail Mix is generally a mixture of nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, flaked coconut, and a variety of cereals. You can add whatever you fancy – dried apricots, dried cherries, banana chips, Cherrios, or Shreddies.
